Col Jim’s Coffee Shop and Roadhouse Tagbilaran/Baclayon, next to Englewood Hospital on the Main Highway.
Owned by a crusty old Green Beret Col. and his wife mush like a Mom & Pop place back in the States.
Excellent food and large portions at very reasonable price, Breakfast and lunch only, closes around 5pm. Has a buffet of local foods plus an American menu on the wall.
Good clearingHouse for local Expats and lively conversations.
Be forewarned, Col Jim is an opinionated and salty old Retired Col, he tells it like it is and jokes around a lot, as does many of his regular Ex-Pat customers from all over the world. My favourite place for breakfast, coffee and conversation.
